What will it cost me to get in business?

How Much Time is required to start?

You will be able to begin building your business immediately after completing the training course. Training classes are held frequently and you will be in business as your schedule permits. You will be able to begin working on the very first day because our training will establish you as a leasing professional.

Do I need to open an office?

What kind of equipment/hardware/software do I need?
If you have a PC, a phone, a fax machine and access to the Internet via a Web Browser, you’re in business. Canyon will suggest readily available contact management software.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. While you should expect that the income derived from your business will be less than that received from a full time commitment, there are Brokers that make a part-time income in this business.
Do I have to obtain accounts myself or do you provide them for me?
Canyon has a proven marketing system to assist you in acquiring accounts for your business. The system has been designed to be goof proof. Our training program shows you step by step how to use the marketing system.
How long will it take for me to get my first clients?
This depends entirely on the time you have available to build your business. Most Leasing Brokers that have full-time hours to build their business normally have their first account within the first 3-6 months of starting their business.

This is not a franchise offer. The one-time investment is the cost of our intensive 3-day training class and continuing Coaching Program. You are the owner of the business. From the beginning, you have total control over all decisions including your name, location, goals, suppliers, etc. You are the boss.
